Welcome to MOA

MOA  has been around since 1931 organising social events for staff of the Christchurch City Council and their families and friends. Membership is open to all staff and is the perfect way to get to know fellow colleagues from all over the organisation. Whether its popping into the MOA bar for a social drink on a Friday night, attending  one of our popular social events or taking the family for a weekend away in one of our holiday houses, being a part of MOA is a must for everyone at the Council!
